Yes. There is no charge for a standard local collection. You clear some space, and we give your unwanted things another chance.

Clothes, coats, shoes, trainers, bags, accessories, books, toys, jigsaw puzzles, board games, small appliances and electronics, homeware and kitchenware, and small décor. Items should be no bigger than a suitcase. Pack items so they can be carried safely. If something is unusual, describe it in your booking and Zoe will review it.

Yes — we collect small appliances and electronics that are no bigger than a suitcase. Tell us what you have and mention its condition, cables or missing parts in the booking notes. If you are unsure, ask Zoe through live chat.

Yes. Homeware, kitchenware and small décor can all be included in your clear-out. Keep individual items no bigger than a suitcase, pack fragile things carefully and describe anything unusual when booking.

Open Chat with Zoe, enter your name and town or postcode, then write your question. Your conversation stays in the website popup. Zoe replies through Tawk.to, including its phone app. If we are away, you can leave a message; live replies depend on someone being available.

Our standard collections are for items no larger than a suitcase. Anything bigger needs a separate conversation with Zoe before it can be accepted. Please do not add furniture to a confirmed collection without approval.

Use a standard black bin bag, roughly 50–60 litres, as your reference. Fill it loosely enough to tie it and carry it safely. A small box that one person can carry counts as about half a black bag. A rough, honest estimate is fine — and please keep heavy books in smaller boxes.

We cannot collect illegal items. Items larger than a suitcase are outside our standard collection service. If you are unsure about an item, ask Zoe before booking it.
